Who We’re Looking For - Reporting to the Senior Director, Quality & Regulatory, we are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager who will participate in the creation, implementation and maintenance of global regulatory assurance. They will oversee the international registration process to ensure that all MANSCAPED® products, both formulations and tools are compliant and registered in each international market where we currently operate and plan to operate according to the global expansion roadmap. In addition, the role is responsible for driving and executing processes to ensure consistent, acceptable quality of the Company’s products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop international regulatory strategy and processes for all MANSCAPED® products and tools to ensure ongoing compliance across countries
  • File necessary applications to secure all required certifications for MANSCAPED® products and tools internationally and within USA for listing and registration
  • Ensure all testing reports, ingredient documents, specification sheets, safety data sheets and applicable certifications are collected and filed in PIF
  • Keep the OTC regulated products documentation in compliance
  • Review the claims and advise the organization on claim substantiation guidelines and testing
  • Stay abreast of international regulatory legislation, guidelines, and certification processes
  • Support cross-functional teams regarding documents, customs clearance and regulations for logistics and marketing
  • Maintain regulatory archives and product information and registration database
  • Create framework and SOP for managing regulatory affairs across all facets of the business
  • Be Subject Matter Expert on MoCRA and authorized representative for the company
  • File local, federal and international chemical and extended producer reporting
  • Actively work with manufacturers to solve challenges in the production environment
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of global regulatory affairs experience, with expertise in international regulations and guidelines for product registration and compliance
  • Detail-oriented, highly motivated, experienced regulatory affairs and international compliance professional
  • This position requires a deep understanding of consumer goods and knowledge of technology or electronic product requirements
  • Knowledge of cosmetics regulations and technology specifications
  • Electronics registration and certification knowledge and experience
  • Proven experience in and knowledge of MoCRA, FDA, ISO, cGMP and 21 CFR Part 330
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee regulatory projects from inception to completion
  • Technical curiosity and process-driven mentality  
  • Collaborative, resourceful, ability to learn quickly and adapt to an evolving atmosphere

Compensation Range

$105,000—$113,000 USD
