Coordinates with the Academic Dean on all matters pertaining to the Middle and Upper Schools.
Prepare grades for summer school - mailings to parents and sending transcripts.
Enter grades from previous schools into systems on all new students.
Check all student transcripts for scheduling errors or other errors once school has started.
Verify seniors for graduation - courses and credits.
Organize and oversee Parent's Day schedule of events.
Work with seniors on their graduation process - announcements, class ring ceremony, etc.
Handle all transcripts requests for all former and current students.
Oversee the preparation of Awards Night - order awards/do programs, etc.
Oversee the graduation exercises - prepare diplomas, programs, make sure speeches of Valedictorian and Salutatorian are done on time.
Solicit and order textbooks as needed for Dept. Heads.
Work closely with faculty and staff on various concerns or needs as instructed by Academic Dean.
The Registrar should be available as needed during the year to assist with Special Events including Alumni Weekend, Mother's Day, Golf Tournaments and to represent the Academic Dept. and compliment the Development Dept. at said events.
Assists Academic Dean in vetting all resumes for openings in the Academics Department.
Sponsors clubs at the discretion of the Academic Dean, (National Honor Society and Junior National Honor Society)
Perform any other duties as needed by the department.

Special Tasks: Working with community service events.
Work Schedule: 0800 - 1630 Monday through Friday. On events days that schedule may include working on Saturday and Sunday as needed.
Educational Requirements: Minimum of high school diploma with additional degree/ training in school related and administrative tasks required.
