Position Information: Organizes enrollment, registration, grading processes, and withdrawal processes. Maintains graduation requirements and accurate records of students attending the school. Sends and receives student records. Provides administrative support to Edmonds eLearning Academy staff. Serves as a point-of-contact for student record databases, answers user questions, and generates various customized reports.

Shift Details: 5.70 hours (* Up to 8.00 hours) / 200 Day Work Calendar

Continuing Position: Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However, an employee's total work hours and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Hourly Rate/Salary: $35.18 per hour (2023-24)

Position Type/Level: Office Personnel Level E

  • An additional 2.30 grant-funded hours are contingent upon the availability and approval of funds from year to year.

Required Qualifications

  • Be 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent;

And, One Of The Following

  • Hold a post-secondary or advanced degree; or
  • Earned a minimum of ten (10) relevant college credits; or
  • Have three (3) years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two – five years of related work experience

Eligibility for SEBB state health insurance coverage is determined by working 630 hours during the school year. Eligibility for retirement at the time of hire is determined by employees who work at least 3.50 hours per day in a continuing position.
