Summary:Trusted Staffe is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and work at a leading medical center in Grand Forks, ND. This position is on the Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) unit, which provides comprehensive care for a diverse patient population with various medical and surgical needs.
Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate and high-quality nursing care to adult patients in the Med/Surg unit.
Conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized care plans, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and maintain accurate documentation.
Educate patients and their families about disease processes, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of North Dakota
Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg experience preferred
ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications
NIHSS certification preferred
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
