Synergy Staffing is currently seeking Med Surg experience for positions in Lakewood, CO. The ideal candidate will possess a current CO license. This is a Med Surg position in the . To be considered for this role, you must have a current license and have at least 3 months of recent Med Surg US experience. This position is a full time benefited role.
Pay Range: $33.15/hr - $$57.93/hr
Qualified external applicants with at least six months of direct experience are eligible for up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus! The bonus will be taxed per IRS regulations. Additional relocation bonus may apply based on geographical location.? Must be hired into a full-time or part-time position; PRN positions are not eligible. Some exclusions may apply.

Current Resume

Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
2 current clinical references
Physical (within 12 months)
TB skin test (within 12 months)
Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
Current – Tdap/Flu vaccinations
Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
