Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Perform exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strive to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and assess patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans
Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
Provide patient and family education and support. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding
Requirements
Must have Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment
Must have an advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment
Must have an associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
No previous experience needed
Some travel maybe needed for training
Other certifications may be required upon request
