Position Summary
RN provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
This is a 10 Bed Acute Rehab Unit. -
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
1 to 2 years of experience preferred.
Must have an active AZ or Compact RN License.
Current AHA BLS at time of hire. If you have other than AHA, you will have 30 days to obtain AHA BLS. -
NIH Stroke Scale or completed within 90 days of hire.
EHAC/ACS Training as assigned within 90 days of hire - EHAC/ACS (healthstream) and annually.
