The Role:

Requirements:

• Licensed RDN with minimum of 1 year of work experience
• Experience with obesity medications and binge eating disorder
• Technical understanding of online scheduling tools, EMR, video-visit coordination

You will work one on one with individuals through the 30-minute video visit to help them learn more about their bodies, discuss nutrition and obesity medicine, develop meal plans around their medication

• Build rapport, credibility and engagement with members through video visit with exceptional communication skills
• Use motivational interviewing techniques to elicit change
• Guide, advise, and educate members on lifestyle choices unique to their personal needs and metabolic health, including health marker, performance, optimization, and longevity goals
• Adapt with ease in a flexible and demanding, fast-paced startup environment, and be willing to go above and beyond for our clients
• Collaborate with our team of curious, innovative providers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest obesity medicine and binge eating disorder research
• Grow and evolve with new opportunities, such as blog-writing, education development, social media engagements, etc
• You participate in and contribute to changes and effectively provide feedback for the collective good
