We're seeking a passionate Registered Dietitian to join our team and play a vital role in our members' health journeys. You'll use your expertise to create individualized coaching programs focused on weight management, stress reduction, healthy eating, physical activity, and overall well-being. Working collaboratively with members and care teams, you'll guide them toward lasting lifestyle changes through evidence-based coaching techniques.
What You'll Do
Develop and deliver personalized coaching programs to help members achieve their health goals.
Partner with members and healthcare providers to assess needs, create action plans, and track progress.
Motivate and engage individuals and groups through effective communication and coaching strategies.
Provide expert advice on healthy behaviors and recommend evidence-based approaches.
Share your knowledge as a resource for both members and healthcare professionals.

We're Looking For Someone Who
Is a Registered Dietitian with a minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
Holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant health field.
Possesses strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Is passionate about health coaching and behavior change. (A Health Coaching certificate is a plus!)
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with diverse populations.
