The (Registered Dietitian) provides nutrition assessment, develops a high-risk care plan and performs dietary, nutrition counseling, and intervention for participants with more complex nutrition needs.
Schedule: (Monday- Friday, No weekends or Holidays)
Times: (8:00- 5:00 pm)
Pay Rate: $60,000 - $61,256
Responsibilities:
Conducts nutritional assessments of participants identified as high-risk.
Evaluates dietary intakes, reviews medical records for nutritional risk.
Develops nutrition care plans for improvement.
Provides individual or group nutrition education on clinical nutrition issues.
Consults with physicians on nutrition and breastfeeding related issues.
