Are you ready to make your mark in healthcare technology and services? Parathon is seeking to add a dynamic Regional VP of Sales to join our growing team.

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented hospital sales professional to join our dynamic software and services company. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in sales within the hospital's Managed Care and Financial departments, with a proven ability to hit the ground running and achieve results quickly.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities Overview:

  • Prospecting (40%)
  • Personally build sales pipeline by outreaching to targeted accounts
  • Follow-up on leads from marketing, SDRs, and other referrals
  • Selling (50%)
  • Position Parathon’s value strategically to meet customer needs
  • Negotiate the delivery of final solution and proposal with prospective clients
  • Create a sense of urgency with both internally and externally
  • Collaborating (10%)
  • Work with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience for prospective clients

Other Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong, informed sales pipeline and prospects
  • Qualifies prospective leads and educates prospective clients on product, pricing and services
  • Builds strategic partnerships with channel partners and prospective customers to achieve profitable growth and cross-sell objectives
  • Participate in conferences (HFMA, AAHAM, etc.)
  • Work collaboratively with internal Senior Management, Client Support, Client Operations, and Legal to successfully support new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain a robust network of key decision-makers in the hospital Managed Care and Financial departments

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience selling to hospitals
  • Experience selling direct to the hospital Managed Care and Financial departments
  • Existing key relationships in the relevant hospital departments (CFO, Dir/VP PFS, Dir/VP RCM) is preferable
  • Experience selling technology products and services is a plus
  • Ability to demonstrate thought leadership in healthcare gain trust from decision makers
  • Understanding of complex sales cycles at strategic level
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed goals
  • Highly organized and proficient at executing when experiencing multiple competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an open, honest, and direct communication style and ability to build relationships across an organization to accomplish goals
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRMs

Compensation for this position includes a salary with a total OTE that is largely self-driven.
