Regional VP of Sales - Remote

Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Regional Vice President to join our expanding sales team. As a Regional Vice President, you will lead a team of Account Executives, providing them with the necessary coaching and support to drive our ongoing growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will play a crucial role in our scaling efforts.

Responsibilities

Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team on best practices and our end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.

Support the team in defining strategies for key deals and overcoming deal roadblocks.

Participate in important sales calls, such as proposal meetings, to ensure the team's success.

Forecast accurately to facilitate effective planning and resource allocation.

Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales professionals.

Contribute your expertise and insights to shape the overall Go-To-Market strategy of our company.

Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency in people leadership, with a proven ability to attract and retain top talent.

Strong enterprise sales skills, encompassing prospecting, discovery, qualification, negotiation, etc.

Sound business acumen, enabling you to engage with C-level buyers at large enterprises confidently.

Excellent collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively across various departments.

Experience in hypergrowth enterprise SaaS sales, particularly with high Average Contract Values (ACVs).

Track record of building and managing successful sales teams, fostering a positive culture and driving results.

Ability to communicate effectively about technically complex products to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with value selling methodologies and exposure to machine learning/AI and marketing technology are advantageous.

Compensation

The base salary for this position in the United States ranges from $174,000 to $192,000 per year, with additional commission/bonus potential ranging from $204,000 to $222,500, resulting in an overall On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $378,000 to $414,500. Non-US based candidates will receive adjusted compensation packages based on location. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and parental leave benefits.
