As Regional VP of Branches, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing several branch managers, ensuring operational efficiency, meeting sales goals, and delivering outstanding member service. We're seeking a visionary leader with extensive financial services management experience to drive the success of multiple branches.
Work Environment
- Schedule: Average 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday
- Location: Remote/Hybrid eligible
- Travel: Regular travel required to collaborate with regional branches
- Leadership and Management:
- Lead, coach, and mentor branch managers to enhance team performance
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment
- Develop professional growth plans for branch managers
- Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure goal achievement
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Analyze branch performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Work with leadership to align branch activities with overall credit union strategies
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Standardize best practices across branches
- Conduct regular assessments to maintain high standards
- Sales and Relationship Development:
- Oversee sales plans to achieve regional targets
- Implement strategies to increase membership, deposits, and loan portfolios
- Support relationship-building with local businesses and community organizations
- Member Services:
- Ensure exceptional member service across all branches
- Address and resolve escalated member issues
- Promote a positive member experience
- Financial Management:
- Manage regional budgets and monitor expenses
- Analyze financial reports to assess performance
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality
- Community Engagement:
- Represent the credit union at community events
- Encourage branch involvement in local initiatives
- Develop partnerships with community organizations
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance-related field preferred; MBA a plus
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a financial institution, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of credit union operations, products, and services
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
