Responsibilities & Qualifications

The RVP of Sales will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and leading territory business managers (TBM’s), Regional Business Managers (RBM’s) and Regional Sales Managers. Account Executives and Director of Hospital Sales may flow through the RVP org chart as well. The RVP will own all sales results for their respective region.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive IF disciplined selling process by working with regional leaders and GMs on locally focused strategic sales plan.
  • Build relationships with regional IF leaders.
  • Ensure accountability of metrics based performance.
  • Operate within IF service model and customer focus.
  • Commit to leadership of team and extensive travel.
