As the Regional Vice President (RVP) of Partnerships (South), you will be responsible for overseeing partnerships and academies within the designated region, reporting to the Chief Executive and Chief Education Officers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with academy and network leaders to develop and implement strategies for enrollment growth and revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with budgets and the Acceleration Academy Model by overseeing academy directors.
  • Provide leadership to uphold educational program standards and achieve academic goals.
  • Act as a bridge between network leadership and regional partners to build strong relationships and promote program compliance.
  • Manage operations, including academic practices, enrollment strategies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a team of academy directors to execute business and academic plans effectively.

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of leadership experience in K-12 education, preferably at the district level.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on achieving results.

Physical Demands

Occasional travel and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds may be required. Visual acuity and prolonged computer use are expected.
