Are you a strategic leader ready to drive growth and innovation in the business events industry? Join our dynamic team as the Regional Vice President (RVP) at our esteemed firm. In this role, you will be at the forefront of business development, strategic planning, and operational excellence for PRA's locations in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management: Coach and mentor teams to meet regional financial targets.

Team Building: Recruit, train, and evaluate regional staff to ensure top-notch client service and team morale.

Strategic Leadership: Initiate and lead meetings to secure large-scale opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Operational Oversight: Ensure compliance with company standards and manage budgets effectively.

Partnership Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue through strategic hotel partnerships.

Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze local market trends to identify key partnership opportunities.

Client Relations: Serve as an escalation point for client and partner concerns to ensure timely resolutions.

Planning and Development: Contribute to short and long-term planning as a key member of our Business Management Team.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 10 years in hospitality management, preferably in DMC, incentive travel, or event management.

Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain industry relationships effectively.

Leadership Skills: Strong track record of achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical Abilities: Proficient in program design, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.

Travel: Willingness to travel regionally on a regular basis.
