Join Our Team: Regional Vice President Opportunity in Property and Asset Management
Are you an experienced professional in the affordable housing property sector looking to advance your career? ATARID Specialist Recruiters is currently seeking qualified candidates on behalf of our client for the role of Regional Vice President. As a Regional Vice President, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a portfolio of affordable housing properties.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Regional Managers to achieve financial goals and ensure compliance with practices.
Conduct property visits and offer support to on-site teams.
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop the team for optimal performance.
Establish and nurture relationships with owners and management teams.
Lead regional communications to keep the team informed of updates.
Visit properties to uphold company/ownership standards and address any outstanding issues.
Provide guidance on budgeting, managing expenses, and maintaining property standards.
Assist in resolving resident and employee conflicts.
Conduct regular meetings with Regional Managers for effective coordination.
Analyze property performance to generate insights for operational improvements.
Qualifications
10+ years of leadership experience in affordable housing operations.
Proficiency in managing Low Income Housing Tax Credit, HUD properties, and compliance.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong background in asset management, budgeting, and financial management.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Demonstrated success in achieving income targets and property budget objectives.
Proficient in MS 365 and Yardi software.
Location: Remote home-based office in Georgia, Tennessee, or Mississippi, US
Compensation: Competitive salary of $140,000-$150,000 negotiable, based on experience. Additional benefits include bonus, healthcare, and 401k match.
