The Regional Vice President that reports to the Chief Revenue Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations, growth, and profitability of a specific region within the company. This senior leadership role involves strategic planning, team leadership, business development, and ensuring the region meets its financial and operational goals. The RVP will also have multi-unit management experience, effectively overseeing multiple locations to ensure consistent performance and alignment with company objectives. They will embody and foster all aspects of the Salon Lofts brand, culture and core values.


  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies that meet or exceed sales, retention, and Loft Owner engagement targets.
  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of Market Leaders that support our Loft Owners improve their business operations, profitability and comply with brand standards.
  • Work closely with Senior Leadership team to develop, activate and execute key engagement tools, programs, services, marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Represent the company at applicable trade shows, and industry events to promote the brand, its services, people and associated offerings.
  • Foster strategic business relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other industry leaders through social media as well as in marketing.
  • Partner in the development of growth plans specific to region and its associated markets.
  • Conduct training and development activities for Market Leaders in their respective regions.
  • Continually and consistently evaluate the performance of direct reports; Market Directors and Manager Managers, in their regions ensuring that they are meeting or exceeding goals and representing the Salon Lofts Brand.
  • Analyzing market conditions in a region to identify opportunities for new talent, products, services, marketing and revenue opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assume full P&L responsibility for the region. Monitor financial performance, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality products/services and addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.
