The Role

In the role at Turf Tank, you will play a central role in our team of 85+ US employees (165+ worldwide), while building an amazing career for yourself. We’re looking for a “hunter” experienced in sales who can adapt skills to today's social and technological changes. If you want to be successful in our industry, an avid interest in sports and a passion for hardware, software, and technology will help you there. As the Regional Territory Manager, you will be responsible for revenue growth, building relationships, and representing Turf Tank's core values.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales

  • develop a qualified pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, presenting, and nurturing opportunities through a strong follow-up cadence
  • own your number, from lead generation to closed won (bdr team assisting in top-of-funnel activity)
  • have a closer mindset: prospect the need for your product and know how to close the deal
  • establish strong relationships with decision-makers in all verticals (i.e. Athletic Directors, Parks and Rec Directors, Club Presidents, Turf Managers, etc.)
  • consistently achieve and exceed new business goals and activity based KPIs

Field Operation

  • perform robot installs in your territory by coordinating with customers, logistics, and sales
  • provide robust on-site training to customer operators
  • CRM/Support System Management - log all support activity in HubSpot

Qualifications

The Regional Territory Manager must have…

  • experience hunting leads and driving new revenue
  • 1-3 years of quota-carrying and closing experience
  • nurtured a large quantity of opportunities at a given time (up to 100+ opportunities)
  • excellent organizational and communication skills - both written and verbal
  • strong listening skills and understanding of the value of asking effective follow-up questions
  • growth mindset, take control of your success
  • ability to be comfortable being uncomfortable
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not essential
  • team-oriented mentality
  • experience working and managing a Customer Relationship Management system
  • proven track record of success (activity, pipeline, closing, revenue)
  • ability to lift upwards of 50 lbs
  • ability to be in a vehicle for extended periods
