Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR programs with strategic acumen.
Manage union negotiations and maintain positive relationships.
Develop and mentor a talented HR team.
Advise business leaders on HR best practices.
Collaborate with COE colleagues on key HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years in progressive HR roles.
Experience in union negotiations within manufacturing or distribution.
Strong project leadership and analytical skills.
Location preference: Los Angeles (Vernon), with options in Orange or San Fernando.
Salary Range: $123,300-$198,000. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.
