We are headquartered in Charlotte, NC with an R&D facility located in the Research Triangle Park (Raleigh-Durham, NC). Our Level 2 charging solutions, utilizing the Atom Switch, are designed and manufactured in North Carolina and our hardware and software products hold multiple certifications.

About The Role

As the Regional Sales Manager/Director, you will be responsible for leading sales and business development efforts to bring our patented EV charging products and solutions to market in your assigned territory. You will target various customer segments and use cases for EV charging in both public and private sectors. This position will report to our Head of Sales and will require 50-75% travel within your assigned territory. We are looking for multiple individuals to cover several regions.

What you will do

  • Identifying and closing new opportunities
  • Engaging with senior-level decision-makers and influencers to develop effective solutions
  • Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy in your region in collaboration with our Head of Sales
  • Collaborating with our Marketing Team to plan our participation at events and conferences in your region
  • Maintaining and regularly updating your pipeline in our CRM
  • Resolving implementation roadblocks for site managers and operators

What you bring

  • 5-7+ years of technical sales experience
  • Sales experience in EV charging, electrical, utility, or other relevant technical products
  • Established and trusted network of Fortune 500 companies and C-level leaders in real estate, destination, hospitality, and fleet
  • Experience in structuring and closing complex negotiations
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets

We'd love to see

  • Engineering background
  • Relationships within NAED and/or NEMRA
  • Experience with electrical one-lines (project takeoff)
  • Knowledge of NEC Code and local utility requirements
  • Project Management experience
