Position Overview : We are currently looking for a dynamic and seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our Diploma Frame Division in the West Coast and other underserved territories across the US. The Regional Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans and cultivating strong relationships with clients. Location: Anaheim, CA with travel required. Responsibilities : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with universities, colleges, alumni associations, and other institutions. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive sales. Analyze market trends and sales data to identify areas for growth and improvement. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success. Previous experience in the collegiate industry is a plus, with knowledge of selling products to bookstores and navigating this market. Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Proficiency in sales management tools. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed and participate in events such as GradFest and Graduation ceremonies.
