We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to lead our West Coast sales efforts. Develop, convert, and close high-value leads and drive installations of the Neatleaf SPYDER system. The ideal candidate will have a strong rolodex of cannabis operators in the Region, be a team player, have a knack for creative approaches and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- All sales activities and processes that generate new business and deepen existing relationships within assigned Region
- Define a sales strategy for our products in assigned Region
- Obtain, allocate and adjust operations resources to achieve sales and service goals
- Widen our sales pipeline in the West Coast Region
- Help marketing and public relations efforts in assigned Region
- Identify and engage with potential channel partners
- 10+ years of professional experience in sales and/or business development
- Experience building a sales pipeline, evaluating pricing models, creating sales strategies, and establishing channel partnerships
- Experience working with CRMs and structured processes
- Previous exposure to marketing and public relations efforts
- Experience growing and leading a team
- Experience operating in international markets
