Rohrer Aesthetics, Inc is a leading provider of advanced energy-based devices to aesthetic professionals. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team and help us expand our business and drive revenue growth across the United States.
As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building relationships with key customers and partners. You will work closely with our product development and marketing teams to identify market trends and opportunities and develop new product offerings to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the United States
Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support to help them achieve KPI targets
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, and serve as a point of contact for their needs and feedback
Identify market trends and opportunities, and work with product development and marketing teams to develop new product offerings and marketing campaigns
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a sales management role
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a sales team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
Experience in the aesthetics industry
