Regional Sales Director
The Regional Sales Director for Alopex will hold apivotal role in formulating and executing strategic sales endeavors within the midwest region of the US. This position entails devising and implementing sales strategies aimed at fostering revenue augmentation, amplifying market presence, and cultivating robust affiliations with healthcare providers, clinics, and pertinent stakeholders for our care management services and technology platform/devices. The Key responsibilities for this role will be in sales development and market expansion efforts, cycle management, relationship building expertise and revenue generation that help the company meet their KPIs. The duties will be centered around driving the company's sales strategy with business targets, collaborating with cross functional teams in inside sales, operations, and marketing to ensure successful customer implementations, generating qualified leads in the midwest, and managing the sales cycle thru presentations of our services and handling proposals and contract requests. The main quest will be to cultivate and foster relationships with pivotal decision makers in Physican practices, Rural health clinics, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Specialty practices, and health systems/ACOs.
This role requires a self-achiever with the desire to anticipate client needs, generate novel ideas for sales expansion efforts, and continually assess the market competitors and dynamics. While this role may not have previous experience in selling care management and remote monitoring services and technology, we desire candidates who will dig in and master the professional development of selling to Providers and come with a rolodex of existing relationships.
Qualifications desired are no less than a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years experience in healthcare, healthcare sales, business, healthcare administration or similar field. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter with a track record of success in medical sales sector and a proficiency in salesmanship. This is a fully remote position with some travel required within the region (approximately 25% or as needed). This is a salary plus commission based role.
