Position Overview: As the Regional Sales Director, you will spearhead sales efforts across a designated region in the United States. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and cultivating strong relationships with key enterprise clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership within the cybersecurity or data security sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding their customer base within the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor on data security posture management solutions.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in cybersecurity or data security industry.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Deep understanding of data security posture management and related technologies is a bonus
