Position Overview: As the Regional Sales Director, you will spearhead sales efforts across a designated region in the United States. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and cultivating strong relationships with key enterprise clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership within the cybersecurity or data security sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding their customer base within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor on data security posture management solutions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in cybersecurity or data security industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of data security posture management and related technologies is a bonus
