Role Summary: The role of Regional Manager is an individual that specializes in people development, operational execution, inventory control knowledge, hospitality and service standards, and in general cannabis dispensary operations. You will be a seasoned leader with extensive experience in retail operations, particularly in driving sales, compliance, and in store performance metrics. Your role encompasses overseeing sales, inventory management, training, METRC compliance, and leadership development for our cannabis dispensary location. Leveraging your comprehensive understanding of Michigan/Minnesota cannabis regulation, you will play a key role in shaping the future and success of our retail operation.


Experience and Qualifications: Multi-unit retail, QSR, or Big Box leadership experience. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and prioritize workload to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines. Cannabis experience preferred but NOT required. Must be a collaborative team player who can both nurture and develop retail management teams. Proven leadership ability, as well as strength in building internal partnerships cross-functionally. Ability to think strategically and develop achievable long-term goals in alignment with our Mission and Values. Strong organizational, project management and Key management skills to successfully implement strategic initiatives from inception to execution.


Strong personnel management and retail operational knowledge, including inventory control, loss prevention, retail systems, merchandising, customer service and store budget preparation. Strong qualitative and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication, critical-thinking, and presentation skills; including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectively. Must have availability on weekends, holidays, and during opening and closing shifts. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout our Minnesota/Michigan portfolio as needed. Must be willing to be in stores up to and including 100% of any work week. Must be willing to have a “hands on” approach to store locations and be able to step in to store leadership where applicable and work all store positions. Must be a flexible planner but strong on executional excellence.


Qualification: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in retail operations, with a focus on cannabis dispensaries. • Extensive knowledge of Michigan/Minnesota cannabis laws and regulatory requirements • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams • Strong understanding of sales strategies, inventory management, and METRC compliance • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent presentation skills • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic and evolving company and regulatory environment • Background Check Required
