Position Overview:

Silver Mirror is seeking a dynamic, experienced, entrepreneurial, innovative, and energetic Regional Operations Manager to oversee our thriving locations in Dupont Circle, Navy Yard, and Penn Quarter. The ideal candidate will lead our team with a passion for skincare and a commitment to excellence.

Location: Washington, DC

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Annual Salary: $70,000.
• Bonus Package: Up to $12,000 performance bonus.
• Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and AD&D insurance; After one year, eligibility for a tiered matching 401(k) plan; Monthly free facials and 50% off retail products.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of management experience.
• 3+ years of sales and guest experience.
• 1+ years in the wellness, beauty, cosmetics, and/or skincare industry.

Spa or Hospitality Management is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Increase gross margins through strategic revenue growth initiatives and effective cost reduction measures.
• Coordinate efforts with finance, marketing, and operations departments to achieve revenue and membership sales goals.
• Conduct daily sales meetings and training sessions with teams.
• Oversee all positions including Front Desk, Estheticians, and retail.
• Responsible for recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure high levels of guest service and satisfaction.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and operational standards.
• Participate in community outreach, work with local businesses and marketing team to drive new guest traffic.
• Coordinate press visits and participate in special projects, events, and promotions.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and guidelines.
