Job Description:
As a Regional Manager at Voyager Global Mobility, you will hold a strategic leadership role overseeing operations in a specific region. Your responsibilities will encompass managing teams, driving growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency. By leading your region effectively, you'll directly contribute to the success and expansion of our business.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of your assigned region.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and performance targets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage and motivate teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and synergy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the enhancement of operational processes and protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work with or without reasonable accommodations.
Qualifications Needed:
- 3+ years of experience in regional management or leadership roles, with car rental industry experience required.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Proven experience in driving business growth and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement business strategies.
- Collaborative attitude and the ability to work within a team.
Travel Requirement:
This role requires 25% percent travel (1 week out the month)
