Job details: The Regional Director will oversee daily operations different properties throughout the Midwest
The Regional Director will serve as a Brand Ambassador, and must be able to engage with all levels of employees, including: Vendors, Hourly Staff Members, and Management. This is a hands-on role in a store daily.
Job qualifications for the Regional Director:
Must have multi-unit restaurant experience. With a Bar background.
Strong P&L knowledge.
Eye for detail and cleanliness.
Experience opening new restaurants is a plus,
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.Strong communication skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to keep stakeholders up to date.
