The Regional Manager, reporting to the Director of Operations, will oversee their assigned region, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients and enhancing operational performance. This role encompasses extensive operational and personnel management, concentrating on driving business outcomes, requiring analysis of KPI metrics and execution of initiatives to meet targets. Regional Managers are tasked with effectively allocating resources to sites to meet staffing cost objectives. Furthermore, you will be expected to contribute to and execute processes and policies to optimize operations within your region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with Project Development team in identification and management of the new location openings within your region
Aid in on the ground project management for new location projects
Visit sites and provide updates to team when required
Lead, inspire, coach, mentor, and guide your team members to enhance engagement and achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with the Director of Operations to set targets and goals for studios within the region and establish annual budgets.
Work with leadership and support teams to identify training needs and ensure clinical targets and outcomes are met.
Monitor and analyze monthly P&L reports for the region, developing action plans as necessary.
Coordinate regular and timely regional team meetings and individual one-on-one meetings.
Lead and implement new initiatives, ensuring consistent standards across your region.
Analyze client feedback and implement training or change programs to drive improvements.
Foster team growth through targeted performance management and individual development plans, promoting accountability and engagement.
Identify opportunities to build relationships within the community.
Coordinate with the Project Development team to identify and manage new location openings within your region.
Support on-the-ground project management for new location projects.
Visit sites and provide updates to the team as needed.
Proven success being in a multi-faceted role: elevating customer experience, business development, management of people, marketing, and driving initiatives
Successful track record of building teams and developing strong talent
Client focused and ability to deliver outcomes in targeted timeframes
Business development focused, with strong financial acumen and analytical skills
Skilled at providing and receiving constructive feedback for the betterment of self and others
Willingness and proven ability to be resourceful and solution-oriented
Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction, and quick to learn
Flexible working hours with the ability and willingness to travel 50-75% of the time, with consecutive overnight stays
