The primary responsibility of the Lifestyles Operations Regional is to provide support and supervision for the day-to-day ongoing operations of senior living communities across the United States. This role involves traveling to the communities and working closely with the Operations division, Lifestyles teams, and Executive Directors to ensure high-quality lifestyle programs and services.


  • MUST have proven experience creating programming for all levels of living with special focus on dementia or memory care programming.
  • Provide support and oversight to multiple community Lifestyles Directors as assigned.
  • Assist in the development and design of Lifestyles programs that offer physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual activities for residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Support, and Skilled Nursing.
  • Assist with calendar creation and scheduling for Lifestyles programs in all levels of living at each assigned community.
  • Advise community Lifestyles teams regarding appropriate individual and group activities based on resident interests and opportunities for growth.
  • Advise on recruiting and developing additional resources for services to the communities, including third-party contractors, volunteers and volunteer organizations, other vendors, and services.
  • Conduct Quarterly Operations Reviews for each assigned community and coordinate the fulfillment of any special needs with other specialized staff.
  • Coordinate the task of customizing and enhancing standards, guidelines, manuals, and handbooks for each assigned community.
  • Provide support to other Management Regionals as an additional project resource, back-up resource, or specialist.
  • Participate in business improvement plans and operating reviews, including generating written deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Senior Living Management, Gerontology, Therapeutic Recreation, Occupational Therapy, Recreation and Leisure Studies, or another related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience in senior living operations or comparable operations.
  • Experience with Lifestyles in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Support, and Skilled Nursing preferred.
