Position Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Regional Fund Development Manager to join our passionate team on the East Coast. This role is perfect for an experienced fundraiser who thrives on building relationships, achieving ambitious goals, and making a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies across various revenue streams, including major gifts, recurring donations, planned giving, corporate partnerships, and special events
Cultivate and steward a diverse donor base, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporations
Collaborate with team members to implement and expand national campaigns within the Eastern US region
Create and maintain a donor retention culture, working closely with leadership on stewardship activities
Utilize data-driven approaches and CRM platforms to optimize fundraising efforts and provide insightful analysis
Generate regular reports on fundraising trends and outcomes
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper fund management and develop compelling fundraising collateral
Ideal Candidate Profile
3-5 years of experience in achieving ambitious fund development goals, preferably in metro areas
Entrepreneurial spirit with a creative, organized approach
Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills
Adaptable and growth-oriented mindset
Proven success in developing and managing multi-year fundraising campaigns
Experience with donor acquisition and retention programs
Proficiency in fund development databases and CRM platforms
Knowledge of national, regional, and local fundraising landscapes
