As we celebrate over 40 successful years in the lawn care industry, Spring-Green Lawn and Tree Care is searching for a full-time Regional Franchise Manager to join our team and support 18-25 branches in building their businesses. In this role, you will coach, train, and help our franchise owners implement a profitable success system that enables them to achieve their goals and dreams.
This position requires someone who has a desire to help others succeed and a great capacity to build successful relationships with franchise entrepreneurs. Essential Duties:
Provide support and coaching in all areas of the business (P&L, Operations, Sales and Marketing, Staffing, Purchasing, A/R)
Maintain meaningful and frequent communication with the franchises utilizing teams’ meetings, telephone, email, internet forums, and face to face meetings
Monitor business activities and provide proactive solutions to current and future challenges in all areas of business
Identify new marketing opportunities and implement initiatives with a franchise to reach their goals
Provide guidance on handling employee issues
Evaluate financial reports and monitor profitability
Conduct regular compliance evaluations
Participate in regional Peer Group meetings and quarterly webinars.
Create strong and lasting relationships
Advise and coach lawn care and pest principles
Requirements:
Minimum 2-year college degree, bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 5-year multiunit experience
Ability to travel – up to 60%
Excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of lawncare and pest operations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
