Position Overview
We're currently seeking a skilled Regional Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position, reporting to the Regional Finance Director, plays a crucial role in overseeing various finance functions, including forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and ensuring accurate month-end accruals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop annual budgets and bi-weekly forecasts.
Analyze financial results, identify variances, and prepare detailed reports.
Calculate monthly regional sales commissions and process payments.
Ensure accurate recording of accrual accounts and assist with balance sheet reconciliations.
Monitor aged receivables and support regional collection efforts.
Manage invoicing and payments, ensuring accurate GL coding.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including local radio markets.
Administer monthly trade accounting functions and assist with audits as needed.
Contribute to ad hoc projects and perform other FP&A duties as required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required; CPA preferred.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Relevant Experience.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial processes.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
Adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with strong computer skills.
