Regional Facilities Manager

Job Summary
The Facilities Regional manager directly manages the Site Managers and is responsible for oversight and management of their region and delivers a financially viable cost-effective facility operation that supports the critical business needs . This position will work closely with other Department Regional Managers and Associate Director of Facilities Services to ensure that desired outcomes are met, and that data is reported from each facility on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis . This position reports to the Associate Director of Facilities Services.
Skills/Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED is required . Associates Degree or higher preferred
Requires over 4 years of experience in administrative and/or facilities management field .
Requires at least 2 years of management or supervisory experience .
Data management including proficiency in excel and other reporting programming.
