The Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager leads all functions of our client's internal Maintenance Service Company (MSC). They allocate work responsibilities to maintenance technicians, track costs, and plan and manage projects.
Supervises maintenance, repairs, and improvements at restaurant facilities in multiple states.
Manages tickets received through the Contact Center and prioritizes emergency requests.
Resolves issues by providing advice to on-site technicians remotely.
Provides remote support on mechanical malfunctions to on-site technicians
Manages parts inventory and monitors stock levels.
Liaises with external regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with fire and safety regulations.
Supervises third-party vendors and subcontractors to conduct preventative maintenance and repairs.
Ensures proper training is given to technicians and evaluates technician performance.
Monitors cost controls, manages capital expenditures, and administers allocated budget efficiently.
