About This Role

The Regional Director is a pivotal front-line management role responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of the regional team. This position requires a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset to manage regional operations, develop business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, operations, and team leadership, with a passion for technology and security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a regional team of Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives.
  • Set regional sales goals and objectives based on forecasting data, and ensure their achievement.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure efficient regional operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and standards.
  • Manage regional budgets and optimize resource utilization.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regional or multi-unit management role, preferably within the technology, IOT, security, or surveillance industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, present accurate forecasting and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
