A growing & thriving national Independent Adjusting firm is adding a
Regional Director of Strategic Partnerships to their team.
Qualified candidates must sit in the Southeast; FL market will be a large part of the territory, travel is expected.
This role will be responsible for all Business Development and Marketing initiatives within a defined region, including:

This role will be responsible for all Business Development and Marketing initiatives within a defined region, including:
Duties
- Work closely with management to establish key targets and accounts:
- P&C Carriers
- MGA’s
- Flood Market
- London Market
- Insurtechs
- Build and manage new client relationships and growth opportunities within and, in some scenarios, beyond designated region
- Identify and participate in sponsorships, associations, and conferences that generate greater brand recognition and growth opportunities
- Provide assigned manager with timely updates on all forecastable business and updates on growth opportunities as well as current within company CRM
- Work closely with Client Success and Operations teams as new relationships are formed, ensuring successful and long-lasting partnerships
- Identify and establish partnerships with additional vendors within the industry to create new growth opportunities and further the brand recognition
- Business travel is a requirement for this position
- Face to face meetings with key decision makers and champions
- Regularly attend and participate in essential industry events and organizations
- National and regional conferences where prospects may be in attendance
- Proven track record selling to P&C Carriers, particularly Middle Market
- Proven track record of selling claim services to the Insurtech Marketplace
- Proven track record of sales forecasting/reporting
- Familiarity with technology and platforms used in the insurance claims industry
- Strong relationship management (internal/external)
