To expand the global presence, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to spearhead the development of the U.S. market.


Role Overview:


As the Sales Lead for the U.S. market, you will be responsible for establishing and growing our presence from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales efforts, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth by introducing our AI-enabled corporate services to businesses across various industries. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and entrepreneurial individual to make a significant impact and shape the future of our business in the U.S. market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the U.S. market and drive revenue growth for AI-enabled corporate services.
  • and target potential clients across industries, including but not limited to retail, finance, healthcare, and technology.
  • and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
  • market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential challenges, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • closely with marketing and product teams to develop tailored sales collateral, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our solutions effectively.
  • sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients, addressing their needs and objections to secure new business opportunities.
  • the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients
  • regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management, tracking progress against targets and KPIs.
  • updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

  • degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry, with experience in selling AI-enabled solutions. Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, with a consultative sales approach.
  • mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
