DispatchHealth seeks a dynamic, experienced, and strategic leader to join an innovative and rapidly growing team. The Regional Director of Operations is a high integrity leader with a demonstrated history of delivering results. He/she will understand the healthcare industry in general and the mobile imaging in particular, including recent trends and is responsible for executing regional and market level business plans to take the organization into the future. The Regional Director of Operations will design and implement key processes in both clinical and business areas and help lead the evaluation, development, and implementation of key operating, financial and clinical (with support from clinical leadership) initiatives to enhance all parts of the overall operating plan. Reporting to Executive Vice President of Imaging. Direct reports include Area Supervisors.

Pay: $115,000 - $140,000
What You'll Do
Hold operational accountability for multiple Dispatch Health Imaging markets within assigned region.
Establish relationships and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders within assigned market to promote the mission of DispatchHealth and DispatchHealth Imaging.
Execute strategic plans and goals for assigned region.
Provide ongoing analysis of operational efficiencies and financial performance
Contribute to development and achievement of regional budgets in collaboration with Imaging leadership and in accordance with organizational directives
Ensure process consistency across all markets within the assigned region, and in alignment with the organization’s best practices.
Monitor key performance indicators and create action plans to address areas for improvement.
Prepare regular performance and operational reports, metrics, presentations and other information to DispatchHealth’s Leadership teams.
Recruit, hire, manage and support Area Supervisors and other team members within the assigned region.
Communicate effectively, motivate, inspire and support all team members within assigned region.
Embrace and cultivate a mentality of "One Dispatch" across all lines of business operating within the mark
What You Need

Qualifications
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, a clinical discipline, or a related field preferred.
7+ years of experience in a healthcare organization or related business field with demonstrated ability to lead teams and make her/his organization more operationally efficient and effective.
Prior experience with diagnostic imaging required
Proven leadership experience in a general manager capacity with the ability to design and provide supervision of services, create project plans, identify and implement process improvements and lead with effective cost discipline and resource stewardship across multiple locations and service lines.
