Regional Director of Operations

TH Daniels Global Executive Search & Selection have partnered with a nationwide Mental Health and Addiction treatment center organization to recruit for a Regional Director of Operations to provide operational oversight for eight treatment centers across multiple South-East states.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree, MBA, MHA, or related qualification is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years executive leadership within a healthcare setting.
• Senior management experience within the mental health or substance abuse field.
• Previous experience with financial management including billing, budgeting, and revenue cycle management.
• Proven success of building and leading multi-disciplinary high-performance teams.
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing healthcare facilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with de novo or business development initiatives.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee management and operations of multiple treatment centers, aligning with the goals and objectives of the organization.
• Responsible for the allocation of resources to maintain operational efficiency across treatment centers.
• Represent the organization to promote partnerships.
• Review treatment programs and policies across all Clinics.
• Achieve regional results to meet operations budget.
• Analyze revenue growth opportunities alongside expenditure reducing measures.
• Maintain compliance with national accreditation and governmental regulations across all clinics.
