Regional Director of Dining Services

My client is currently searching to add a Regional Director of Dining Services to the corporate team in Dallas, Texas. The Regional Director of Dining Services is responsible for providing support and supervision for the day-to-day operations of dining services in senior living communities throughout the United States. This role involves working closely with community Dining Services teams and Executive Directors to enhance dining experiences, manage resources effectively, and ensure compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary/hospitality management AND experience in senior living or comparable dining operations. Travel is required to communities.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary/Hospitality Management or a management-related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of five years’ experience in senior living operations or comparable dining operations.
• Preferred experience with dining in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Support, and Skilled Nursing environments.
