Review daily census reports from all buildings within the region
Attend utilization reviews for all facilities to ensure optimal occupancy levels
Provide training and support to new admissions staff members
Act as a backup for Admissions Directors during their absence
Maintain communication with billing departments to ensure accurate payor sources for each building
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in admissions management within a healthcare or nursing home setting
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of healthcare billing processes and payor sources
