Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and provide treatment for patients
  • Educate patients on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and outlining goals for both medical and dental health considerations
  • Develop a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for patients to help them feel comfortable with receiving treatment and to encourage patient retention
  • Partner with all team members in fostering a collaborative environment
  • Ensure the entire clinical team is upholding the highest standard of care for patients
  • Provide the clinical leadership and development for providers within a geography of practices, ensuring their success and growth
  • Participate in clinical committees under the direction of the Director and/or VP of Clinical Affairs

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree
  • Dentist licensure and certifications required by the state, with no adverse actions
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience practicing as a licensed Dentist
  • Previous leadership experience overseeing and developing providers
