Responsibilities
Diagnose and provide treatment for patients
Educate patients on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and outlining goals for both medical and dental health considerations
Develop a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for patients to help them feel comfortable with receiving treatment and to encourage patient retention
Partner with all team members in fostering a collaborative environment
Ensure the entire clinical team is upholding the highest standard of care for patients
Provide the clinical leadership and development for providers within a geography of practices, ensuring their success and growth
Participate in clinical committees under the direction of the Director and/or VP of Clinical Affairs
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree
Dentist licensure and certifications required by the state, with no adverse actions
Minimum of 3 years’ experience practicing as a licensed Dentist
Previous leadership experience overseeing and developing providers
