About the position
Established, expanding, evolving, full service restaurant company with locations throughout Massachusetts. Play pivotal role working directly with the senior leadership to help set the standards, coach/ train/ mentor your culinary teams and continuously strive to raise quality & execution system wide while achieving financial goals. Will oversee several restaurants as well as point person for opening new locations.
You
A hands on, detail focused, systems driven, Regional Culinary Director. A minimum of 4-6 years experience in a multi-unit, culinary capacity with a full service, national or regional chain concept. "Nuts & bolts culinary leader, working primarily in the restaurants.
