Key Responsibilities
Assist with the arrival and onboarding of new nurses, including airport pick-up, essential shopping, and hospital tours.
Conduct clinical skills preparation sessions to ensure readiness for client facility roles.
Develop individualized development plans based on assessments and input from our nurse development team.
Oversee and support the execution of development plans, including participation in our career ladder program.
Coordinate client-specific facility orientations and education schedules.
Foster a supportive environment for nurses, conducting regular check-ins and addressing development opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to organize engagement activities and build a strong community for our nurses.
Ensure the growth and development of newly arrived nurses in collaboration with our clinical and development teams.
Coordinate with client facilities for meeting space and equipment for clinical preparation.
Analyze feedback and engagement data to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans.
Support remediation efforts and performance improvement plans as needed.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in any U.S. state; compact license preferred.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
3 years of U.S. RN experience preferred; international nursing experience a plus.
Previous experience in clinical management or mentoring junior nurses.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including flexible hours as needed.
Proficiency in technology platforms for remote communication.
Understanding of U.S. nursing standards and challenges faced by international nurses.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
Willingness to travel up to 75% within assigned regions with reliable transportation.
Position Details
This full-time position reports to the Director, Nursing Operations, with support from the Director, Nurse Deployment. Remote work with travel to Nashville and assigned regions as required.
