We are a leading organization dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes through in-home health risk evaluations. As the Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our clinician network across the Eastern Region of the United States.
Role Overview
The Regional Manager oversees a team of Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Physicians (MD or DO) conducting in-home health risk evaluations. This remote position requires approximately 25% travel within the region.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to our employed clinicians.
Manage performance, coach, evaluate, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
Support clinicians with general management tasks such as time off requests and expense approvals.
Conduct field engagements including coaching sessions and group support activities.
Facilitate ancillary service training as needed.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to resolve scheduling issues.
Perform in-home health risk evaluations biannually, providing valuable feedback to Senior Leadership.
Coordinate clinician coverage and attend client events as required.
Participate in meetings, conference calls, and training sessions to enhance program skills.
Undertake additional tasks and projects assigned by Senior Regional Management.
Basic Qualifications
Master's degree in nursing or graduate of an ARC-PA accredited entry-level Physician Assistant program.
Valid APRN/RN or PA state license with eligibility for licensure in multiple states.
Board certification as an Adult, Family, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting Health Risk Evaluations and relevant clinical practice.
Previous managerial experience with remote employees.
Strong clinical acumen and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to adapt to technological advancements.

Working Conditions
Must reside and be licensed in one of the following states: CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT, or WV.
Approximately 25% travel required within the Eastern Region.
Compensation And Benefits
Base salary range: $97,000 to $161,000 (depending on experience and location).
