Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative supply strategies, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, driving quality and financial objectives.
Negotiation and Contracts: Lead negotiations and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and recommend actionable plans to enhance procurement efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Champion cost reduction and improvement initiatives, including exploring alternative materials and enhancing process efficiencies.
Experience: 8-12 years in procurement or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills: Strong financial analysis skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with ERP systems.
