Job Description:
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in repairing and maintaining residential HVAC/R systems
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair independently
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
High level of professionalism with clients and team members
Reliability and dependability in meeting deadlines and completing tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical issues clearly
Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
Familiarity with the latest advancements in refrigeration equipment technology
Responsibilities
Work on small and large refrigeration units and ice machines
Repair and maintain equipment
Support hot side equipment through cross-training
Perform regular maintenance to ensure smooth operation and handle emergency repairs promptly
Troubleshoot and fix equipment correctly on the first attempt
Adhere to industry standards and safety regulations
Ensure repairs are completed properly
Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work
